The ITWBN Cocktail Night in the Harbour Hotel Galway #ITWBN
Hi all, I hope you are well and had a great weekend and are looking forward to the next one...hump day;)
I had have been busy with Birthday celebrations, a trip to London and a football and hurling match...to name but a few things I've been up to!
No joy for Galway yet in the GAA...I will be shouting for the footballers this coming Saturday against Armagh...Gaillimh Abu! (I like my GAA!!)
I was in my beloved Galway for a few days for my Birthday in June and I was delighted that I was able to attend my first Into The West Blogger Network (ITWBN) Cocktail Night in the Harbour Hotel.
It made a great venue for the night, it is close to the city centre and can cater for big and small groups.
There were a lovely group of bloggers there on the night and we of course chatted blogging and life in general too whilst enjoying the amazing cocktails on offer - my fave was the "Hunk Martini"!
(There was a mention of Carrie and all!!)
It was a night out but I still felt I was picking up blogging tips as we sipped:)...and we didn't just sip (me=devour!!) the fabulous cocktails, courtesy of the very hospitable Simon- the food was AMAZING too.
The typical finger food - it was not!
There was:
The chef, Gary, came out and chatted to us about the menu and you could tell that food is a passion of his. He was very personable with us and all the patrons there. I would definitely recommend a visit to the Harbour hotel Galway for a bite to eat and a cocktail (or two...or more!) - you won't be disappointed!
We also watched a video of the last ITWBN event which was put together by Kenny from Wonderful Life Productions - it really captured the day so well.
I shared it on my Facebook Page but here it is again for those who didn't catch it there: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=04z3y6yLlcA
The last of us left at bout 1.30am and it really was such a great night - it flew by! I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am delighted to be a part of this group!
Here is a photo of the group on the night (and the barman behind me!) minus Saibh as she took this photo!
Thanks for a great night everyone (and sorry for delay in getting this up!)
Bye for now...more blog posts in the works and coming soon!!! :) xxx

The typical finger food - it was not!
There was:
- Crab Roll - Diced cucumber and chilli with coriander and lime aioli wrapped in cucumber
- Sushi Roll - Salmon gravlax lemon scented rice wrapped in nori
- Tiger prawns - Galway Bay tiger prawns marinated overnight in lemon, lime, parsley and chervil
- Harbour Slider - House made mini burgers with bacon and brie in a toasted bun...my mouth is watering as I write...all of it was delish!!

Great article! Skincare is so important, especially when using products like 5% Niacinamide Serum for oil control and brightening. Pairing it with a good Sunscreen In Pakistan is a must to protect the skin daily. I also love how 10% Vitamin C Face Serum boosts glow, and Hyaluronic Acid Serum keeps the skin deeply hydrated. Really informative post!
